No matter the administration, it doesn't take long to start racking up notches on the headboard of stupidity. This one was pretty big, especially when you hear the real time reactions from scared New Yorkers. Note to the President's men: Try to map out some of the most idiotic things you could do to embarrass your boss. I bet this ranks pretty high.
